Not all DSL is created equal. Here at Skynet we take pride in knowing our customers and providing a superior overall experience. When you call Skynet Broadband you are getting support from a neighbor who wants to help.
We don't just send a modem in the mail and expect the customer to "figure it out". We program it and if you are using wireless we will help you to secure your wireless network so that only your computers are able to get online..
What is DSL?
DSL (digital subscriber line) technologies connect a computer to the Internet. DSL uses existing copper pair phone line wiring in conjunction with special hardware on the switch and user ends of the line. The DSL Modem allows you to use your phone while maintaining your Internet connection.
Skynet Broadband uses the most commonly available DSL technology; ADSL, or asymmetric DSL. It is asymmetric in that it is designed to accommodate typical consumer Internet use, with much more data flowing toward the user than from the user.
With Download rates of up to 7Mbps and uploads up to 896Kbps DSL provides a great way to enjoy all the features offered on the internet today.
Skynet Broadband Charges a Flat rate of $25.00 for Residential DSL services up to 1.5Mbp/sec and $30 for Residential DSL services 3Mbps to 7Mbps.*
